Complaints Procedure

MIS Legal Services Limited is committed to providing a high quality legal service to all our clients. Client satisfaction is a priority for us but we recognise that occasionally there may be a cause for complaint.

In the first instance, please raise your concerns directly with the person dealing with your case by email, post or over the phone. If you feel your concerns have not been addressed to your satisfaction, you should raise our concerns with their manager. Simply ring us to request the manager’s information.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complain within five working days. The manager will consider your complaint and carry out an investigation and will provide a proposed solution within ten business days. If the matter is complex and it takes longer to deal with your complaint, we will contact you within 10 business days to give you an approximate timescale of when you can expect a response.

If following the investigation by the manager, you remain dissatisfied with the response your complaint may be referred to:-
